We’re here to support our local businesses, promoting positive health and wellbeing. That might be as simple as you accessing our corporate rate gym membership or our personal trainers coming out to your offices to speak to your team about their physical health. We can also cater for away days and support your corporate social responsibility objectives.

Free health checks and a lunch-time fitness class

Once a month the Y Club go into local businesses and give free health checks to staff. This includes a member of the fitness team giving each employee a 10–15-minute time slot while we check the resting heart rate, blood pressure, body fat percentage etc and offer personalised fitness and nutrition advice.We can also organise a short fitness class on lunch breaks; usually held in a meeting room. This is flexible and can be yoga, strength conditioning, HIIT, or any other requests.

We are excited to announce that the pool is now open!

After a rigorous process of deep cleaning—including draining, thorough cleaning, and sanitizing the pool is available. We’ve also flushed the pipework in the plant room to ensure everything is clear and functioning optimally. Additionally, the sand media in the filters has been replaced to enhance water quality.
