As a Y Club member you can choose from over 90 of Manchester’s most innovative exercise classes each week including Metafit®, zumba®, yoga, circuit training, bootcamps, badminton and much more. To help you fit these into your busy schedule, classes are timed to last from 30 minutes up to 90 minutes and are spread throughout our opening times. Here at the Y Club we offer a large variety of classes from high intensity cardio, strength and toning classes to low intensity, mind & body and martial arts classes. Group exercise classes offer you encouragement and are an effective way to achieve your fitness goals. Our classes are a great way to meet like-minded and motivated people who share your goals. All our classes are included in gym membership offering you that little bit more. Whatever your age, fitness level or circumstances we have sessions to suit you. You do not have to book for classes at the club.
