Here at the Y Club we offer two aqua aerobics sessions per week. These classes run on a Tuesday 11am – 12pm and Thursday 11am – 11.45pm. Aqua aerobics offers multiple benefits for any fitness level. Aqua aerobics classes offer great protection for your joints and muscles; however this does not mean it is an easier workout. As this class is performed in water it makes for a low impact exercise that focuses on a range of motion, strength building and resistance work. Aqua aerobics classes are also a fun way to workout.
