We help our clients achieve a healthy and sustainable weight loss, better tone and muscle strength, improved flexibility as well as renewed energy and well being. Our Personal Trainers are here to offer support, advice and guidance when training for specific events, such as triathlons. Working together can help you achieve a greater stamina and strength for events.

Clients receive a full fitness and health assessment as part of the initial session. It is our job to keep our clients motivated and focused towards achieving their goals. We do this by working with our clients to design a bespoke training program to meet the individual needs within the desired time frame. We are here to guide you through your workouts and to help you get the best results possible by offering more challenging and progressive sessions. We believe in making our clients feel comfortable as well as offering continual encouragement.
Our Personal Trainers are also qualified in nutrition so can help you achieve a healthy and balanced diet.

Maya Petrova:

I am very passionate about exercising, keeping active and participating in various sporting events and competitions. I always look for new exciting ways to challenge myself and so far I have done 7 marathons (my PB 3 hours 13 minutes), races like Total Warrior (x3), Dirty Weekend which is 20 miles and 200 obstacles (x2), Major Series (where I finished as a first woman), Howard Hobble Fell Run (32 miles) and many more… Another passion of mine is HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) which I have been practicing for last 6 years. I also enjoy Boxing, Swimming, Cycling, Hiking and discovering new ways of keeping fit.

I strive to share my passion and knowledge for healthy living and keeping fit. My belief is that a healthy lifestyle does not have to be a chore but a lot of fun, especially if it involves friends and family members being active together. Therefore, I enjoy consulting people about possible lifestyle changes, taking one step at a time and guiding them through the process.

As well as my passion for healthy living I can offer knowledge and practical experience gained through studying and training.

Reece Samuels:

In my younger years I had an inactive lifestyle and carried excess weight.
As I got older I decided to make a change and began to loose weight and gain muscular definition due to regular exercise.
Myself and others noticed my progression which made me feel great that my hard work was paying off.

Now fitness is a part of my lifestyle that I truly enjoy. I compete in Mixed Martial Arts which involves regular training of combat sports such as boxing, wrestling
and kick boxing. I also do strength, conditioning and varied forms of circuit training to keep myself in shape.

My journey has lead me to where I am today. I use my past experience and current knowledge to motivate others who are on the same mission that I was a few years ago;
to become fitter, loose weight, get in shape and feel great.

These are some of the many benefits of exercise that have a positive impact on your life. As a personal trainer the key to my success is creating fun, enjoyable

Luke Walker:

I am extremely passionate when it comes to promoting a healthy lifestyle and I am determined and driven to help people achieve their goals. My aim is to make your training hard and challenging, but also enjoyable and effective.

I really enjoy training myself and take it seriously, I’ve been training myself and others now for years and don’t think there is a better feeling then walking out the gym knowing you’ve worked 100% and couldn’t have given anymore.

I have had experience with training a wide range of people from the super fit to the trying to get fit, there is no discrimination and I believe that anyone brave enough to take the first step and start training are already champions.
