We typically offer 40 studio classes per week at the Y Club. These classes range from Spinning and Insanity to Yoga and Pilates. Due to the size of our class studio at present you do not need to pre book any classes you simply need to turn up and join in the fun.
If you like exercising and having fun with other people and you’re looking for some motivation and inspiration, the classes in our studio are for you.
