Kettlercise takes the basics fromÂ KettlebellsÂ putting them into an exerciseÂ class. Kettlercise is a quick but challenging workout designed for fat loss and fitness gain. The 30 minute class combines cardio and strength training helping to improve your core and flexibility. Kettlercise can help you burn up to 20 calories a minute; this class is suitable for all ages and abilities (health permitting). Weekend Lashes are ideal for enhancing and defining your natural and existing lashes. . The individual lashes come in a variety of sizes perfect to suit your needs. These lashes last between 2 and 4 days, perfect for your night out or special occasion. Prices from only Â£15.

Or why not give yourself that extra push with our Indoor Boot Camp training sessions! Every Monday and Thursday 7am – 8am or Thursday evening 6.45pm – 7.45pm . Each class will be a high intensity workout to include cardiovascular and strength training designed to help you both tone and lose weight.
